Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026, Mélanie Tonani primarily practices in international tax law and corporate taxation.

She advises French and international groups on tax structuring and tax risk management, as well as in the context of tax audits and litigation, both at domestic and cross-border levels.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Tax Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University / HEC Paris, as well as an MSc in International Business Law & Management from ESCP Business School.

Melanie works in both French and English.
